How do I port my number out of Brax Mobile? What do I need?
To port your number from Brax Mobile you can do so by following these steps:
- Access your account at my.braxsim.brax.me
- Select 'Plans' on the left and then from the dropdown select 'My Plans'
- Under the line you wish to port out from Brax Mobile select 'Manage'
- At the bottom under the section 'Manage this plan" select 'Outbound Port'
- Take note of your port out pin - you'll need this alongside other information to complete the port out
What will I need to provide to my new service provider?
Account number
Your account number is the phone number on your line you wish to port
- Number Transfer PIN (port-out PIN)
A port out pin will be generated for your account that you will provide to your new service provider
